Certification Process of SCK
NOTE: In case of any revision (due to Ownership, name of the company, location, increase or decrease in scope, increase or decrease in locations) in the certificate with the suffix “-01” is added to the certificate number In case of repeated revision in the same certificate the suffix is revised in ascending order like -02, -03.
The processes for granting, refusing, maintaining, renewing, suspending, restoring or withdrawing certification or expanding or reducing the scope of certification is stated along with the form.
